WARRANTIES & RETURNS
Our company will warrant the Hydrocell Washer for a period of 12 months (6 months for commercial use) from date of purchase. We request that before you initiate a warranty return you follow our Troubleshooting Guide to ensure it is not a simple fix which can be done from home.

To claim your warranty, you will need to post the affected Hydrocell Washer as well as its warranty card (included in your initial purchase) and your original proof of purchase i.e. dated receipt to validate the warranty period.

Each unit has its own serial number which allows us to track manufacture/ship dates. If the unit should become defective within the warranty period we will repair or replace defective parts free of charge. The complete unit must be delivered prepaid/at your own cost to our company.

The warranty does not include usual wear and tear, damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use of the product, unauthorised repairs or parts that do not belong to the product. Any home repairs will void warranty.

Warranty claims should be directed to the below address with all above information included. All accessories that came standard with your washer should also be included in your return to ensure we can comprehensively asses your issue and ensure you are entitled to a full refund should the Washer be found to be faulty.
