About Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” means Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd) ABN 26057 415 997 at 2/5 Southey Street, Williamstown North. “You” and “your” means the consumer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the contract between us and you for the supply of products. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary in writing or by email. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Laws of Australia including without limitations of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (The Act).

 

Australian Sales

We ship within Australia and use Australia Post to deliver the goods. The service has a receiving signature and once signed will be deemed to be delivered in full.

New Zealand Sales

We can ship goods to New Zealand, however all charges outside of purchase price and delivery cost will be at your cost. Picwal will not be responsible for covering extra charges to New Zealand import laws and regulations. 

 

Legal Capacity to Transact

If you are under the age of eighteen (18) you cannot place orders within Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd).

 

Placing Your Order

Once you place an order on line, this will be deemed as a legal purchase between you and us. Payment security is done by e-way and their terms are listed on the e-way website. Payments are secure and you can use either Visa or Mastercard. Once order and payment has been received they cannot be cancelled without express permission by Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd). By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any product. We will make every effort to supply you the goods and notify you if we cannot supply for any reason.

 

Delivery

Delivery time will be between 3-7 working days within Australia. If for any reason we are out of stock you will be notified by email or phone. Delivery date quoted will be in the hands of Australia Post and Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd) shall not be deemed liable for any time delay on product delivery. Any product which has been damaged visually should not be opened and returned to Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd) unopened at your expense whereupon it will be inspected and replaced at our cost and then returned to you.

 

Personal Damages

Any injury incurred by your from misuse of the product in the instruction manual will be your responsibility and Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd) will not be liable in any way

 

GST

Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd) purchases include Australian GST

 

Force Majeure

Neither Hydrocell (Picwal Australia Pty Ltd) nor you shall be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party “us/you” so delaying and such party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

• LIMITED WARRANTY - AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND

The Hydrocell Portable Washer and Portable Power Packs (GFS-C1, GFS-A1, GFS-L1) will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period that is shorter than one year from the date that the new Hydrocell product was purchased by you.

This limited warranty is not transferable during the warranty period. This warranty only applies provided the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of the company) and such warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or used for a purpose for which it was not designed for or suited, and no repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted by other than an authorised service agent.

This guarantee will not apply if the washer is damaged by accident or if repairs arise from normal wear and tear.

The company accepts no additional liability pursuant to this warranty for costs of travelling or transportation of the product or parts to and from the service dealer or agent - which costs are not included in this warranty. 

Certain legislation, including the Trade Practices Acct, 1974 (as amended) and other state and territorial laws give rights to the buyer and impose liability on the seller in certain circumstances. Nothing herein shall have the effect of excluding, restriction or modifying any condition, warranty, right or liability imposed, to the extent only that such exclusion, restriction or modification would render any term herein void.
